A new jamming decision is proposed to improve the jamming effect of outboard active+smoke jamming on radar+infrared composite guided anti-ship missiles.Outboard active+smoke jamming is an effective means of countering radar+infrared composite guided anti-ship missiles.The deployment decision of the outboard active jammer and the coordinated decision-making of the smoke screen play a vital role in the jamming effect.By analyzing the guidance principle of radar+infrared composite guided anti-ship missiles,and using simulation modeling methods,a precise coordinated deployment decision of outboard active jamming and smoke screen jamming is proposed,which can improve the success rate of jamming in actual use.

Equipment stealth technology is as important as firepower,maneuver and combat task,and it has become a crucial high-tech of modern weapons.In modern battlefield environment,there are radar,laser,infrared,visible and other multi-band advanced military reconnaissance equipment and precision guided weapons.Multi-source and multi-dimensional detection information fusion can lock and destroy the target with high precision.Most static camouflage technology can not meet the requirements of complex combat environment under the condition of multi-source and multi-dimensional system.There are some limitations,such as band compatibility is not wide enough,wide band performance is uneven,and dynamic adjustable controllability is poor.In view of the two inevitable development needs of multispectral compatibility and intelligence in the equipment stealth technology under the condition of new military revolution,the new breakthroughs in the stealth technology and materials about the world’s military powers are analyzed,which provides important reference for the future development of the intelligent stealth technology of our army.

Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional radar signal detection algorithm, such as inaccuracy, large computation and slow speed, a signal detection algorithm of GST Hough transform based on time frequency clustering criterion is proposed. The algorithm integrates the improved S transform and Hough transform based on the aggregation criterion of the standard deviation of the sliding window, and completes the signal detection combined with the threshold based on the Neyman Pearson criterion. The simulation results show that the algorithm has good detection results below 14 dB. Compared with other algorithms, it is concluded that the algorithm has good detection ability under low SNR condition, does not rely on prior information, and has strong applicability.
